A generous amount of Tongue Paste™ to a medium-bristle toothbrush.

The tongue for 15 seconds, starting at the back and moving toward the tip in slow, circular motions (clockwise then anticlockwise).

The paste to soak for 15 to 30 seconds.

- You might notice a surprising amount of buildup lifting off your tongue. Don’t worry, that’s exactly what it’s meant to do!
- Your mouth may produce extra saliva while you brush for the recommended 15 seconds. Completely normal.
- The paste won’t foam much. That’s because we don’t use SLS or SLES—foaming agents found in many toothpastes and shampoos. They create bubbles, not benefits.
- The texture is a little loose so it can spread smoothly across your tongue.

Didn’t expect to LOVE this 😅
I bought this on a whim and now it’s part of my routine. The paste alone makes a difference, but when I scrape after… wow. You can really see just by how much stuff comes off.

Works surprisingly well!
I was skeptical because “tongue paste” sounded gimmicky. I was wrong. It’s gentle, not foamy, and leaves my tongue feeling actually clean instead of stripped. Also a noticeable difference in breath throughout the day.

really helps
saw this on a pop up ad , ive had a awful taste and coating on my tongue since being on monjaro as it slows your digestion resulting in acid . i used a standard scraper for a few months which would remove the gunk but not properly when i used this my tongue looked so much more normal not coated in crap , the pink of the tongue was visible not brown or white crap … the only issue i have is cleaning your tongue makes me gagg but ill get used to it and i will
be buying again i do use a few times a day but that’s because my reflux reoccurs not the product not working
