How to use

    A generous amount of Tongue Paste® to a medium-bristle toothbrush.

  • Brush

    The tongue for 15 seconds, starting at the back and moving toward the tip in slow, circular motions (clockwise then anticlockwise).

    The paste to soak for 15 to 30 seconds.

  • Remove

    The loosened coating using our Tongue Scraper, clearing the entire tongue.

The details

  • When you first try Pinkform Tongue Paste, a few things may feel new:

    • You might notice a surprising amount of buildup lifting off your tongue. Don’t worry, that’s exactly what it’s meant to do!
    • Your mouth may produce extra saliva while you brush for the recommended 15 seconds. Completely normal.
    • The paste won’t foam much. That’s because we don’t use SLS or SLES—foaming agents found in many toothpastes and shampoos. They create bubbles, not benefits.
    • The texture is a little loose so it can spread smoothly across your tongue.

  • Nope! It’s non-abrasive and super gentle. There’s no alcohol, no harsh additives or preservatives, and just a light touch of menthol for a mild, refreshing feel.

  • Not at all. The paste won’t tint your tongue and any pink you see afterward is just your tongue’s natural healthy colour coming through.

  • Right after you clean, your tongue should feel lighter, fresher, and noticeably pinker. After about 10 minutes, it will settle into its natural healthy shade. Take a peek again to see the difference.

  • Everyone’s tongue has its own natural shade. Some are pale pink, others are brighter. Your healthiest colour is your natural pink, and it can shift slightly depending on things like hydration, diet, or overall wellness.

    Sensitive Tongue? No Problem

    My tongue is super sensitive so I’m usually scared of scrapers. This paste does most of the work before the scraper even touches your tongue, so it just feels so effortless and gentle. The amount of gunk that came off was not something I was prepared for though hahaha

    Actually works!!

    Happy to say this actually does work…the best scraper I've used and the paste is just wow! At first you think "is it even working" as you don't feel ANYTHING, then you scrape, and it ALL comes off!
